I thought that the periwinkle color would show up better than it did against the green background.

New socks for me

I finally finished a pair of turquoise socks; these are Opal Magic.  I have large ankles which explains the cuff area, not to mention that I finished them last night in time to wear them to bed and wore them all night long as it was cold.  Next time I will make them longer in the cuff area.

These are new pictures of my Arugula sock; it was down to where I would have started the heel; I decided to rip out and recast on more stitches in smaller sizes.

OnLine socks in Dune

These are 2 pair of socks in the same colorway; the one on the left is a pair by my friend Colleen done on her knitting machine as a test, and they look perfect.  She only has to kitchener the toe on the left one.  I hand knit the ones on the right for my sister, and the toes have been waiting for a couple of months for me to kitchener them or find someone kind enough to do that for me.  I suck at kitcheneering due to knitting with the right hand and sewing with the left.  It doesn't orient well at all.

I thought this would be a good example of both styles.
